Player and Registration
A player can be any physical person older than 18 years of age, which will register to participate in the game with the founder.
The securer provides the player registration. A player can register any time during the league season. The securer will provide Places and other technical data on his web sites.
The player’s duty for registration is to fill and sign a registration form, which contain his identification data especially name, surname, appropriate title, permanent residential address and birth number. (Date of birth). The securer will provide the player with an identification number that will be on the registration form. By signing the registration form the player is obliged to follow these Operations and gaming rules and regulations of the competition, at the same time he acknowledges that he has read and understands these rules in detail. After signing the registration forms the securer will provide the player with a registration card. The player’s card contain visibly only the registration number of the player. The player card contains an electronically device for identifying the player and his registration details and his participation in the game.
By signing the registration form the player is agreeing to collection and evidence of personal data, which is contained in the registration form and will be use in harmony with the Operations and gaming rules and regulations of the competition.
The registration is free. With the unexpected increase of applicants or in the case of a dramatic rise in the costs of registration the securer can set a registration fee to cover his expenses of the registration cards.
By registering the player can participate in every announce league season, which they are authorized to play but not obliged to participate.
Registration of the player is permanent.
The registration of the player and their participation in the league will be over by the player cancelling their membership or a player being suspended from the league season or the league.
In the case that the players card is damage, lost or stolen the player will be charged a replacement fee of 500czk (tax included), which is payable at the time that the replacement card is issued, up until the fee is paid the securer has the rights to deny the issuing of a new player card.
